Although Victory Brewing Company opened its doors in 1996, its local founders started their business with a home-brewing kit in 1985, and it has grown to include multiple taprooms, a production capacity of more than 100,000 barrels of beer a year, and a reputation as one of the best breweries in America.

Packaging Line Lead

This position oversees the daily operation of packaging lines, including kegging, bottling, or canning line fillers; keeps the lines running by loading packaging material, clearing jams, and resetting faults; and performs line quality checks and escalates deviations from expected results.

The ideal candidate will possess manufacturing operational experience and knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and HACCP; the ability to understand how beer filling and labeling equipment works; a mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; and food and beverage packaging experience.

Brewer

This position maintains proficiency in brewhouse, cellar, and/or packaging production areas; loads raw materials and process aids in the product at various production stages; sets up hoses, fittings, and clamps as required; and performs maintenance on pumps, valves, tanks, and other equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one to three years of beverage industry experience, including supervisory experience; good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Senior Quality Technician

This position ensures that daily operations of the lab are run according to quality standard operating procedures; assists with the development of the quality management system, including improving standard operating procedures; and collects, organizes, and reports QA/QC data.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, food science, or a related discipline; a minimum of four years of QA/QC experience in a production brewery; and prior experience with GMP/GLP, HAACP, ISO 9001, Safe Laboratory Operations, and/or brewing.
