Safety Associate

This position provides construction field support to establish, enforce, and promote safety and sustainability by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, owner requirements, and applicable standards, codes, and company policies. He/she conducts field safety inspections, meetings, and safety orientations. The person trains all levels of management on internal policies and the IMC Safety Manual.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an occupational safety and health-related field or three years of equivalent job experience in the construction industry with a collateral role in safety. He/she will have completed the OSHA Construction 30 Hour Training and preferably will have OSHA 500/510 trainer certification.

Project Manager

This position establishes and clearly communicates execution plans in the form of logical, networked project schedules. He/she regularly updates and reviews the schedule for on-site compliance, identifies issues, and immediately addresses any and all delays with responsible trades. The person executes timely and thorough buyouts of all project trades, materials, and equipment. He/she monitors and evaluates construction progress, ensuring that all projects are completed on time.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. He/she will have around three years of experience as an assistant project manager. The person will have five to ten years of general construction experience.

Estimator

This position prepares detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction estimates. He/she prepares and analyzes cost models during the design development and/or bidding period. The person assures that the estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project, including appropriate subcontractor proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an accredited construction-related curriculum or equivalent experience. He/she will have five years of experience as an estimator and five to ten years of construction-related experience. The person will have demonstrated competency in a variety of areas, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and more.
