C&N has added Anne-Marie Nicola as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Relationship Manager Team Leader and Heather Moore as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager. Together, they bring expertise in commercial lending, real estate financing, and relationship-based banking that will help local businesses access the guidance and financial solutions they need to succeed.

Nicola brings more than 30 years of experience helping businesses navigate complex commercial real estate transactions and financing decisions. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping organizations identify opportunities for growth while providing strategic financial guidance.
Moore possesses more than 25 years of commercial banking experience, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and helping business owners achieve their long-term goals. Her consultative approach has made her a valued advisor to companies across Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Nicola earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint Joseph’s University and is actively involved in the community through volunteer leadership and service with several regional organizations. Moore studied behavioral science, psychology, and business management at Delaware County Community College and West Chester University. Both are actively involved in supporting regional nonprofit and professional organizations throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
