As the Branch Sales and Service Manager at Meridian Bank, Jessica Finley is committed to fostering strong relationships within her community while overseeing the day-to-day operations of her branch.
Born and raised in Coatesville, Finley has always been dedicated to helping those around her and providing excellent customer service, which has fueled her professional growth.
Finley’s journey into the banking world began at 16 when she was hired as a Server at St. Martha Manor. That early exposure to working in a customer-focused environment sparked a passion for helping people, which she carried into her career.
After graduating from Coatesville Area Senior High School in 2016, Finley decided to pursue a trade rather than attend college. She enrolled in a Dental Assisting program at Contemporary Health Career Institute and obtained her Dental Assistant certification in 2020. Finely’s desire for personal and professional growth led her to become a 2024 graduate of the Leadership of Chester County program, where she gained valuable experience in non-profit board leadership through the United Way.
In her current role, Finley manages customer accounts, resolves issues, and ensures the smooth running of the physical branch.
“The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s day or helped them achieve a goal,” she said. “Whether it’s assisting a first-time homebuyer or resolving a concern, I love seeing the difference we make in people’s lives.”
Finley’s proudest professional accomplishment is being promoted to Branch Manager within a year of joining Meridian Bank, an achievement that showcases her dedication and leadership abilities.
“Being recognized for my hard work and dedication was truly humbling,” she stated. “It’s a reminder that with passion and commitment, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.”
Finley credits Barbara Jackson as an impactful mentor and role model who has had a lasting impact on her career, with her wisdom and guidance shaping her into the successful manager she is today.
Outside of work, Finley enjoys spending time at Market Street Grill, one of her favorite spots in Chester County.
