At CCRES, career paths are not just opportunities; they are journeys shaped by purpose and growth.

For Mercy Alex, that journey began in the field as a behavioral health technician and evolved into a role in human resources, where she now helps bring new talent into the organization.

Her experience reflects the supportive environment at CCRES, where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and pursue new opportunities while staying connected to the mission.

“The most rewarding part of my job is being part of the impact in a child’s life in recruiting and hiring staff who go on to grow in our field and with us,” she said.

That sense of impact extends across every level of the organization. By investing in its people, CCRES creates a culture where professional growth and meaningful work go hand in hand.

Employees are not only building careers but also helping shape the future of the students and communities they serve, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to making a difference every day.
