The Fred Beans Automotive Group is continuing to grow its footprint in Chester County with a new Ford dealership in West Whiteland, writes Donna Rovins for the Daily Local News.

The company acquired the former Sloan Ford and is now running it as Fred Beans Ford of Exton. This is the group’s seventh Ford dealership.

“Our new dealership promises the same personalized approach to customer service delivered by a team with extensive knowledge of, and my shared passion for, the Ford brand,” said Fred Beans, founder and president of the company.

Fred Beans originally planned to close the deal in the spring, but due to the pandemic, the date was pushed back to October. Once the deal went through, there was not much required to transition the property to a Fred Beans dealership, other than to update its exterior signage. The building had previously been renovated to reflect the Ford design.

The biggest difference is the expansion of the inventory, which now offers customers access to around 1,500 new Ford vehicles and 1,800 used vehicles from across the company.
