Hankin Apartments, an Exton-based property management company, had a successful evening at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Best of Apartment Living Awards held virtually last week.

Many Hankin Apartments’ communities were recognized for various achievements, including Leasing Excellence and the PECO Green Award.

Hankin Apartments received several Maintenance Excellence Awards, as Claremont on the Square, Corner Park, Chaddwell, and Meridian at Eagleview nabbed Platinum Awards, the Potter Building brought home Gold, and Market Street Flats was awarded Silver.

For the Leasing Excellence Awards, Severgn Apartments earned Platinum, Chaddwell Apartments received Gold, and New Kent Apartments claimed Silver.

Hankin Apartments also tallied several Overall Community Excellence Awards, which are based upon a community’s overall appearance and amenities. Severgn Apartments took home Silver, New Kent Apartments and Chaddwell Apartments were awarded Gold, and Keva Flats was recognized with Platinum.

Keva Flats had an incredible evening, winning a wide range of awards. Aside from its Overall Community Excellence Award, Keva Flats was ranked No. 10 for the Top 10 Communities in the State. Additionally, it was awarded the PECO Green Initiative Award, which is based on an apartment community’s green initiatives, an important cause to Hankin Apartments.

Ezequiel Santiago, Tenant Services Manager of Keva Flats, was recognized as Service Manager of the Year.

Hankin Apartments is familiar with winning awards. Its recent Pennsylvania Apartment Association Best of Apartment Living Awards also includes Property Manager of the Year 2019 (Tania Boddy, Severgn Apartments), Property Manager of the Year Runner-Up 2019 (Andi Foley, Chaddwell Apartments), and Service Manager of the Year 2018 (Rusty Hugill, Meridian at Eagleview).
