Hankin Apartments, an Exton-based property management company, has been named the No. 1 Management Company with 10-24 Communities in the United States and Canada. This ranking comes from the SatisFacts epIQ Index’s Top Management Companies and Communities Biannual Report.

The SatisFacts epIQ Index (Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient) is a single performance metric powered by verified ApartmentRatings & SatisFacts data, designed to be the most authentic, transparent, and actionable industry metric for renters and multifamily professionals alike. Renter ratings, review count, manager review engagement, and manager review reply time all contribute to the rating.

In addition to Hankin Apartments nabbing the top spot, two of its communities were also recognized. Claremont on the Square, the popular community located in Eagleview Town Center, and Flats at Tioga Town Center, located in Florida, both made the Top Ten Communities Nationwide out of more than 200 communities.
