Wayne C. Buckwalter Joins Lamb McErlane’s Estate Planning and Trusts Department

Wayne C. Buckwalter has joined Lamb McErlane in its Estate Planning and Trusts Department.

He is the latest addition to the firm, which has added five attorneys in the last six months. Buckwalter brings extensive experience assisting individuals and business owners with innovative estate and business succession planning, including revocable living trusts, life insurance trusts, wills, charitable trusts and gifts, private annuity plans, and family limited partnerships.

“Wayne is a tremendous asset to our dynamic and growing Estates and Trusts Department,” said Joel L. Frank, Chairman of Lamb McErlane. “We look forward to leveraging Wayne’s years of expertise as we continue to serve our expanding client base.”

Buckwalter is an active community member, serving as the Solicitor for Good Works, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to repairing homes for low-income homeowners in Chester County. He was the former Solicitor for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County and Pennsylvania Home of the Sparrow.

Buckwalter received his bachelor’s and law degrees from Villanova.
