Exton-based Bentley Systems, a global provider of software for infrastructure engineering, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering, according to a report in Geospatial World.

The deal, however, could raise up to $800 million.

Founded in 1984, the company generated $768 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2020. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BSY.
