Although Victory Brewing Company opened its doors in 1996, its founders started their business with a home-brewing kit in 1985, and it has grown to include multiple taprooms, a production capacity of more than 100,000 barrels of beer a year, and a reputation as one of the best breweries in America.

Human Resources Coordinator

This position helps drive employee culture throughout the organization via a well-designed engagement calendar of events; analyzes the results and impact of engagement events; and drives timely communication throughout the year for company announcements, annual notifications, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or a related discipline; one to two years of experience in human resources; intermediate Microsoft Office software skills; and relevant knowledge of HR practices, strategy, and technology.

Senior Quality Technician

This position ensures that daily operations of the lab are run according to quality standard operating procedures; executes daily qualities across the brewery according to the staff rotation plan; and manages consumables and equipment inventory, ordering, recordkeeping, and 5S practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, food science, or a related discipline; a minimum of four years of QA/QC experience in a production brewery; working knowledge of brewing and packaging processes; and sensory panel experience.

Engineering Project Manager

This position manages and executes projects related to facilities, utilities, brewing, packaging, safety, and quality; develops project scope of work, capital budgets, specification creation, and assigns work; and builds and manages the project schedule, defining the critical path, and tracks team activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering; a minimum of four years of experience with increasing responsibility in plant engineering and project management; and design knowledge of facility infrastructure to evaluate operating efficiencies.
