This position prepares sales and use tax returns in a timely manner, assists in yearly budget preparation, prepares semi-monthly analytics and trend review of financial activity, and prepares quarterly billings for assigned entities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minimum of three years of accounting experience, understanding of GAAP principles, and experience with Yardi or similar software.

Apartment Maintenance Manager

This position oversees maintenance operations for an assigned community, assists with the preparation of the capital improvement budget, and implements a preventative maintenance program to cover fixed assets on a rotational basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five to ten years of full facility management experience, a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in property management, and working knowledge of the electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, and maintenance trades.

Tenant Services Associate

This position performs maintenance for all apartment community buildings and units, assists with the completion of quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, and provides on-call coverage to respond to emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience as a maintenance technician in property management; general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, tile, and flooring work; and CAMT certification.
