Management Technician – Information Services

This position provides administrative support to the Executive Director of IT Infrastructure Services; opens work orders with respective campus departments to maintain facilities; handles the ordering of hardware, software, support, and maintenance for all IT infrastructure services equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work; experience with the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management information; and experience collecting, compiling, and assembling data and reports.

Drafting Technician – Facilities Design & Construction

This position transforms rough sketches, oral communications, and written requests into drafts using AutoCAD; performs field surveys to gather and/or verify on-site information and measurements; and designs, assembles, and maintains a database of campus plans and building drawings.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in engineering technology or CAD; two years of experience in drafting and detailing assignments; knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting and Design applications and methods; and knowledge of advanced math.

Compliance and Database Coordinator

This position serves as first point of contact for complaints of sexual misconduct by providing care notifications; assists students in arranging appointments with on- and off-campus services; and works with pregnant and parenting students on requested accommodations and referrals.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline; two years of experience in higher education or a community agency; knowledge of Title IX, Clery, VAWA, Campus SAVE, and FERPA; and one year of experience with issues of sexual misconduct.
