Mortgage Loan Advisor (West Chester)

This position interviews first mortgage applicants and recommends loan options that support the customer’s long-term needs and the company’s needs; keeps customers informed of application status and options; and identifies opportunities to upsell other company products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some post-high school education; a minimum of three years of real estate lending experience; one to two years of financial industry experience; and Microsoft Office and mortgage/loan software experience, preferably Encompass.

Desktop Support Technician (Exton)

This position procures, configures, and installs desktop PCs and necessary software; performs system maintenance and troubleshoots hardware and software issues and errors; manages associated vendor relationships; and processes associated invoices and budgets for anticipated expenses.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and Server +, Security +, and MCSA/MCSE/MCTS certifications; three to five years of experience in the credit union industry; and five years of experience with personal computers, information systems, or related computer business experience.
