Tenant Services Associate
This position performs general maintenance for apartment community buildings and units; responds to maintenance requests within one business day; assists with the completion of quarterly preventative maintenance inspections; and ensures that the community remains clean and safe and is cleared of any debris.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience as a tenant services associate in property management; experience with industry software systems, including Yardi and Microsoft Office; general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, tile, and flooring work; and knowledge of risk management principles.
