Owned by the Hankin Group, Keva Flats in Exton is the newest apartment community that combines urban amenities with a suburban lifestyle, according to a report in Main Line Today.

The complex is expected to start pre-leasing in June. It’s one of Hankin Apartments’ eight apartment communities, seven of which are located in Chester County.

With its location, amenities, and first-rate services, Keva Flats is aiming to attract residents looking for a life of simplicity.

The apartment community is set among Exton’s shops, eateries, and entertainment, along with nearby nature tails. The five-building, 240-apartment complex is also ideally placed for commuting, with easy access to the Exton Train Station and Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The community will offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with a luxurious theme.

Some of the amenities include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with rooftop terrace, bar, kitchen, lounge areas, fitness and yoga studio, conference room, multi-sport court, and fire pit.
