Traffic Engineer
This position provides support to roadway and municipal project managers in all aspects of transportation engineering; builds and maintains client relationships; and helps conduct traffic safety analysis, intersection design, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PE or PTOE licensure; experience using Microstation, SYNCHRO, SimTraffic, and VISSM; and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Structural Designer
This position helps design superstructure, substructure, and foundation; uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents; and performs NBIS bridge inspections.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, EIT certification, PennDOT/PA Turnpike or similar DOT design experience, and experience using Microstation or AutoCAD software.

Highway Design Specialist
This position prepares design computations, quantity estimates, and construction cost estimates; prepares reports, specifications, and construction schedules; and serves as on-site project representative, monitoring project progress.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; engineer in training certification; experience using CADD Software, preferably Microstation or AutoCAD; and excellent communication skills.
