Software Engineering Team Lead

This position manages the day-to-day operations of a team of on-site application support engineers; supports ad-hoc requests for information, customizations, and data updates via SQL; and manages all Tier 3 Support Tickets, including logging, monitoring, self-prioritizing, and resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; a minimum of three years of work experience as a software or support engineer; experience as a team lead and working with distributed teams; and experience working in an agile environment.

Directors, Sales Development

This position meets or exceeds team quarterly quotas of uncovering qualified sales opportunities; optimizes sales lead workflows, including handoff processes; recruits top talent for the sales development team; and develops, coaches, and trains team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of eight years of experience in B2B, SaaS sales; a minimum of two years of management experience leading a team sales development team; and experience utilizing SFDC, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Chorus, and LI Sales Nav.

Customer Success Manager

This position drives product adoption for an assigned portfolio by implementing a three-, six-, and nine-month cadence and touchpoint strategy; proactively monitors platform usage; and manages at-risk accounts by proactively monitoring and addressing account health issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a customer-facing role; prior experience in a customer success management role; experience at a B2B Technology or SaaS company; and experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
