Billing Analyst

This position prepares and submits customer invoicing in accordance with assigned customer contract requirements, works closely with IT to resolve data issues and requirements, and resolves customer disputes in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of customer service or data analysis experience, proficiency in Excel and Access, and experience working with large databases and managing large data files.

This position manages inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment, translates operations needs into draft requirements for IT development, and acts as a primary point of contact for customers on operational and performance issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related discipline; two to four years of program, project, or operations management experience; and previous experience with quality systems.
