At CCRES, success is measured by both career growth and the impact made in the community.
More than 10,000 individuals have started their careers through the organization, supporting students and families across the greater Southeastern Pennsylvania area. Staff are selected not only for their experience, but for their compassion and ability to connect with children in meaningful ways.
Whether working with students facing complex behavioral health challenges or supporting classroom success, the focus remains the same: meeting each child where they are and helping them move forward. As one team member shared, “We look for people who can get down on the level of the child and meet them exactly where they are and then lift them up.”
That same commitment carries into the employee experience. CCRES provides paid training, flexible school-based schedules, and real opportunities for advancement, allowing staff to build long-term, fulfilling careers.
Many employees grow within the organization, supported by a culture that values respect, accessibility, and teamwork at every level.
Beyond its work in schools, CCRES continues to invest in the community by awarding grants to hundreds of organizations each year. The result is an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to make a difference every day.
