About Us – Team Members Share What CCRES Means To Them

CCRES staff see the child beyond the behavior.

For many at CCRES, the work begins with a simple but powerful mindset: seeing the child beyond the behavior.

That perspective drives the organization’s approach to supporting students with learning and behavioral health challenges across Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Through partnerships with school districts and intermediate units, CCRES provides dedicated staff who help students build essential life and communication skills. As one team member explained, “That’s a behavior, that’s not the person. The opportunity to give them those skills that help that family do things they otherwise wouldn’t be able to do, that to me is important.” It is this commitment that turns everyday interactions into meaningful progress for students and their families.

That impact is felt in both big and small moments, from helping a student navigate the school day to simply offering consistency, encouragement, and a smile.

Employees describe a shared sense of purpose that extends beyond the classroom, creating a culture where people feel part of something larger than themselves.

As a nonprofit organization, CCRES reinvests directly into the communities it serves, providing grants, sponsorships, and ongoing support to local initiatives. The result is a mission-driven environment where making a difference is not just a goal, but a daily reality.

CCRES is a dynamic and responsive nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality educational and behavioral health support services to school districts, intermediate units, and community organizations. It has a team of more than 1,600 specialized professionals, including personal care assistants, paraprofessionals, registered behavior technicians, behavioral health technicians, behavior analysts, mobile therapists, educational consultants, and more.

CCRES delivers comprehensive staffing solutions that meet the diverse needs of students, families, and adults with behavioral health challenges, autism, mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.
