As Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, Brooke DeLong blends creativity with strategy to strengthen community ties, elevate brand visibility, and support her team.
From managing social media and designing ad campaigns to coordinating events and handling rebate submissions, she brings a vibrant energy and fresh perspective to every part of the business.
A Pottstown native born in Swarthmore, DeLong got her start in the workforce at just 14, working as a Hostess at a country club. After graduating from Owen J. Roberts High School in 2019, she earned her bachelor’s in Media and Culture from West Chester University, a foundation that launched her into her current career in marketing.
At Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, DeLong has made her mark by cultivating local partnerships and increasing the company’s presence through thoughtful community engagement. She considers one of her proudest achievements the work she’s done to strengthen those partnerships — efforts that have not only grown the business but also supported local initiatives and fostered goodwill.
DeLong credits much of her professional development to the mentorship she received from the company’s President, Bill Ronayne, who recognized her potential early on. “His leadership and compassion have shaped how I approach my work and my relationships with others in the company,” she said.
When she’s not creating campaigns or managing events, Brooke loves exploring Chester County’s culinary scene, especially Roots in West Chester and 1906 at Longwood Gardens.
DeLong and the rest of the 2025 Class of VISTA NextGen Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 8 at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center.
