Here are three delis and sandwich shops offering some of the best hoagies in Chester County.
Bridgeside Deli & Grille—Phoenixville. A community favorite, Bridgeside Deli offers both traditional and specialty hoagies, with both recurring menu items and a make-your-own hoagie option. Favorite toppings and menu items include prosciutto, sharp provolone, and a chicken parmesan hoagie.
Carlino’s Market—West Chester. With locations in West Chester and Ardmore, Carlino’s features hoagies made with fresh bread and cheeses, along with specialty grocery items throughout the market. Favorite hoagies on the menu include Angela’s Choice, made with prosciutto, mozzarella, and pesto, and the Spicy Italian, which includes hot soppressata and roasted red peppers.
Tredici—Wayne. Both a sandwich shop and an Italian market, Tredici’s hoagies feature creative names inspired by the local community. Favorite menu items include the South Wayne hoagie, made with ham, Swiss cheese, and mustard, as well as the Radnor, which includes salami, peppered ham, provolone, and a red wine vinaigrette.
