Ann Angelucci, who grew up in Baldwinsville, N.Y., is a Sales Consultant at Premier Payroll Services in Royersford, where she helps business owners streamline their payroll processing and navigate the continuously changing payroll and HR industry.

“We solve their specific needs and deliver tailored, personalized support,” she said. “I also spend significant time cultivating relationships with referral partners such as CPAs, bookkeepers, benefit brokers, and insurance agents to ensure that when their clients are in the market for payroll/HR services, they immediately think of me and Premier Payroll Services.”

Angelucci, who began working when she was 16 years old at Wendy’s, earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, N.C. She credits her boss, Sarah Coveney, with having the biggest impact on her career.

“Sarah is an incredible role model who leads by example,” said Angelucci. “She trusts in my ability and gives me the freedom to curate my own business. At the same time, she’s never more than a phone call away to lend support and advice. Being able to work beside a fellow woman leading the industry is truly inspiring and motivates me to become better every day.”

Angelucci’s proudest professional achievements are her client retention rates and overall client satisfaction.

“I have worked hard to develop my sales process and get to know my clients and their needs,” she said. “I have become efficient and knowledgeable, which allows me to hit my goals and continue to be a lead sales consultant for Premier. My work/life balance has become optimal. I’m able to have consistent, positive professional results and also maximize time with my family. I feel both lucky and proud to be one of the few people that can say they have the best of both worlds — a great career and a front-row seat to my kids’ childhood.”

Her favorite Chester County restaurant is Pietro’s Prime in West Chester.
