Havertown native and Cardinal O’Hara High School graduate Amanda Peabody is the Practice Manager at Delphi Wealth Management Group in Exton, where she oversees each advisor’s business structure and production activity.

“Working with a team like ours, it feels like a family,” she said. “Everyone works toward the same end goal: the best interest of the client.”

Peabody, who began working when she was 16 years old at Rita’s Italian Ice, earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Chester University. She credits her boss, John Kane, with having the biggest impact on her career.

“John has challenged and encouraged me to continue to work hard, to never coast, and to be confident in myself to take the steps to pursue more,” said Peabody. “Our entire office looks up to both (partners) John and Kevin (McDermott). They have an infectious, hard-working spirit and amazing leadership skills.”

Peabody’s proudest professional achievement was stepping into her current role.

“I had been assisting John for 10 years when this new position was created, due to our business growing faster than we had anticipated,” she said. “This happened right alongside me becoming a mom. So, wearing many hats and covering different positions when needed has been a balancing act that I believe will help me both at work and at home. In these new roles, I found a new version of myself and hope to make my daughter proud.”

Peabody’s favorite Chester County restaurants are Limoncello, Carlino’s Market, and Bar Avalon.

Peabody and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
