Delaware County native and Sun Valley High School graduate Paul Guenther is the founder and CEO of West Chester-based Knowledge Hub Media, an award-winning B2B technology publisher, demand generation provider, data processor, and technology services platform.

“We have a small workforce of about nine people,” he said, “so I enjoy being involved in every aspect of the business, from sales, to marketing, to web development, human resources, finance/payroll, and overall operations.”

Guenther, who began working when he was 14 years old at the Burger King in Aston, earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and both an MBA and DBA from Wilmington University. He credits his friend, Ray Buchner, the CEO of SCIOTEX in Newtown Square, with having the biggest impact on his career.

“Ray and I are both entrepreneurs and into a lot of the same things from a business standpoint,” said Guenther. “On top of his mentorship, Ray and I challenge each other to do more, to do better every year with our companies. He’s an invaluable friend and someone who has really helped to shape me over the last 14-plus years.”

Guenther’s proudest professional achievement was being included in Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 and in Entrepreneur magazine’s Entrepreneur 360.

“It was cool to be honored in both publications, as the criteria for making one list was very different from making the other,” he said. “So, I consider both to be pretty cool achievements.”

Guenther’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Limoncello in West Chester.

“My wife and I have had dinner there every Valentine’s Day since 2011, the year we met,” he said.

Guenther and the rest of the 2023 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration on Thursday, May 18 at Penn State Great Valley.
