Everlane's King of Prussia presence is the Phila. area's introduction to its couture.

Everlane has opened its first store in the Greater Philadelphia area at the King of Prussia Mall; it is the brand’s tenth retail location nationally. Lisa Hay buttoned up the story for What Now Philly.

The store features an assortment of men’s and women’s clothing from the popular brand that sells primarily online.

It has also outfitted its business model in a deep commitment to sustainability. From its stores’  construction materials (the flooring is 100 percent recycled material) to its lighting, care has been taken to minimize environmental impacts.

The onsite retail location in King of Prussia has added a few perks.

Save My Spot (Everlane SMS), for example, holds products and reserves customers’ places in the fitting room line. When the room is ready, the shopper is notified via text message.

Another above-and-beyond service is the Available In-Store Check. It allows customers to verify online — before commuting in person — to see if their desired styles are available onsite.

In honor of the King of Prussia store opening, the company has partnered with Rodale Institute, developer of a world-class science and direct farmer-support program. The collaboration seeks to serve as a change catalyst in regenerative organic farming and food production globally.
