Pandemic May Make Girl Scouts’ Cookie-Selling Mission More Difficult, but There’s a New Cookie in Their Lineup

By

Nearly 1,500 cases of Girl Scout cookies arrived at Camp Shelly Ridge in Montgomery County last week, according to NBC10.

With the pandemic making the Girl Scouts’ cookie-selling mission a little tougher this year, it includes virtual cookie booths on social media and online ordering from a website that will go live on Feb. 1.

Girl Scouts have also partnered with Grub Hub to offer fast delivery directly to customers’ doors.

Cookie aficionados will be happy to know there is even an addition to the cookie lineup.

The Girl Scouts are debuting a French-toast-inspired cookie that will only be available in select areas. The Toast-Yay! cookies are toast-shaped with delicious French toast flavors dipped in icing.
