Assistant Controller – Department of Finance and Business Services

This position oversees the effective management of all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the university; posts financial transactions to the university’s general ledger in a timely and accurate manner; and oversees and reviews account reconciliations as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or an MBA; five or more years of professional accounting experience and three or more years of full charge supervisory experience; and knowledge of nonprofit/governmental fund accounting and GASB/FASB requirements.

Philadelphia Programs and Initiatives Coordinator – College of Education & Social Work

This position maintains established relationships, and develops new relationships, with Philadelphia-area schools; collaborates with faculty to understand course needs and facilitate student-teaching placement; and collects and analyzes placement data to evaluate clinical and field experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and Pennsylvania teacher certification; three years of successful teaching experience, particularly in an urban setting; demonstrated skills using Peoplesoft, OnBase, Qualtrics and TK20; and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite software.

Director of IT – Strategic Planning & Project Management Office

This position directs and leads the Project Management Office and provides strategic leadership and expertise for the university’s IT services; implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community; and ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and prior experience in a higher-education setting; a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role as related to information technology; and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools.
