Senior Staff Accountant

This position examines accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards; oversees and assists the billing department with client invoicing; prepares standard and adjusted journal entries; and assists as a backup for payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification; three to five years of related experience; experience with QuickBooks Enterprise accounting software and Microsoft Office; and experience with financial statement analysis.

Social Media Coordinator

This position is responsible for daily posts/tweets to all applicable social media outlets; coordinating the marketing calendar with online activity; tracking social media influence measurements; and partnering with other departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and public speaking/presentation skills; advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; and experience navigating Facebook business manager and managing Facebook ad campaigns within the business manager tool.
