Application Support Specialist
This position supports customers on complex technical issues, including problems related to various AFFIRM products and services; assesses and takes ownership of problem inquiries from clients; and performs company software research, testing, and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, or a related discipline; two to three years of experience in a technology environment; a minimum of one year of practical working experience in software/application support; and prior experience in financial service industries.

Tier 1 Support Analyst
This position handles Tier 1 service issues from clients and escalates issues as necessary; opens and closes service tickets using Salesforce.com; and provides training to client base to educate them on new products and to provide routine refresher programs on their existing products.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service environment; knowledge of client and server operating systems, and machine architectures in a Windows environment; and experience with Adobe Acrobat and HTML.

This position designs, develops, and unit-tests high-quality code following established best practices and technology standards; participates in peer code reviews of written code; and participates in Agile ceremonies, including scrum, planning, review, and retrospectives.
