This position works as a technical pre-sales resource on professional services involving Microsoft Cloud offerings; provides intermediate to advanced technical design, scope and SOW deliverables; and delivers Microsoft Cloud deployment planning services, technical writing, and solution development.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of experience working in the technology industry doing consulting work, designing, and/or deploying Microsoft solutions; excellent presentation and negotiation skills; and a proven track record in writing technical statements of work.

Sales Support Representative

This position assists executives and account managers in the day-to-day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer service issues on assigned accounts; and minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues.
