Located in Exton, Education Management Solutions uses the latest web-based technologies to simply and seamlessly capture, organize, analyze, and measure full-spectrum clinical simulations that increase the safety and effectiveness of patient care and team communication.

A/V Designer

This position works with the project operations manager and A/V designer on A/V and IT project designs that meet client objectives in a cost-effective manner; maintains the central database block library and As-built drawings; and helps assemble and test completed designs as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of experience in Audio-Visual systems design with commercial A/V components; experience creating wiring diagrams and system design drawings; and strong interest in audio and video technologies, equipment, and signal flow.

Business Analyst

This position oversees the successful, on-time completion of client onboarding projects; creates and documents requirements reflecting client needs and company capabilities; and develops and drives onboarding project risk mitigation and leads all escalations related to assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline; a minimum of two years of consulting or project management experience working with enterprise applications; and familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Access, or basic SQL concepts.

Software Developer II

This position develops desktop and web applications, database systems, and services in a Microsoft Server Family environment; builds and implements high-quality user interfaces; builds and executes test cases at unit testing level; and creates and maintains software documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science and three to six years of software development experience; very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL server development; and experience with Visual C++/MFC, Silverlight, XAML, and WPF.
