Assistant Director of Professional Development

This position teaches courses through the Arts and Sciences Professional Development one-credit course program; develops innovative new courses that meet students’ evolving professional development needs; and leads the college’s one-to-one matched mentorship program.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and two to five years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing diverse students; prior teaching experience; and demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Photographic Specialist

This position provides post-production expertise, including culling, color correction, and retouching of photos from scheduled stock shoots; administrates the online client collaboration tool and the master photo archive; and coordinates photo requests and shoot planning as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in photography or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of photographic services/photo shoot production experience after college; and extensive knowledge of photography and photographic systems, including digital photographic equipment.

Student Success and Retention Advisor

This position provides academic support and advising to nursing students and transfer students; counsels students on study skills, time management, and/or organizational skills; and creates and facilitates relevant workshops and programming to address the retention needs of the college.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, counseling, or nursing; a minimum of three years of experience working with college students in a student success and retention capacity; and excellent written and oral communication skills.
