Parts Runner and Warehouse Coordinator

This position ensures that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled; tracks material returns by job and returns to stock; runs materials and supplies to job sites as needed; and maintains the shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of construction, including Western Heating and Air Conditioning; knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and smart phones; and good communication and customer service skills.

Comfort Advisor

This position develops profitable sales and acquires customers; makes recommendations to customers that help resolve their wants and needs; and identifies new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities and supporting administrative personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; knowledge of various municipalities’ plan and permit requirements; and the ability to obtain customer referrals and web recommendations.

HVAC Residential Service Tech

This position services, repairs, and/or proposes replacement of various HVAC equipment; troubleshoots, adapts, and resolves all issues that prevent equipment from functioning properly; and performs required documentation for each call, including recommendations, repairs, and observations.

The ideal candidate will possess good working knowledge of company products and services; the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; and the ability to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
