Tenant Services Associate
This position performs general maintenance for all apartment community buildings and units; works closely with team members and contractors to complete unit turnovers; assists with the completion of quarterly preventative maintenance inspections; and provides on-call coverage to respond to emergency situations.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience as a tenant services associate in property management; general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, tile, and flooring work; CAMT certification; and knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
