Happy New Year Vista Today!

I absolutely love this time of year!  Optimism is high, it’s goal setting season and we are ready for new beginnings.

I prefer to focus on goal setting for growth rather than perfection. Whether you are setting a goal to lose weight, get financially organized, stay fit and healthy, learn something new or spend more time with family, you must have a plan in place.
