Parts Runner/Warehouse Coordinator

This position ensures that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled; tracks material returns by job and returns to stock; lists overstocked items and assists with returns to vendors; and manages the logistics and volume of parts needed to facilitate all repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and smart phones; the ability to establish goals and implement plans of action to attain or exceed those goals; and be capable of understanding coworker needs and favorably interact with all staff.

Customer Service Representative

This position schedules and books service or sales appointments when clients and prospects call; dispatches, manages, and allocates resources to meet client expectations; and anticipates and mitigates conflicts in allocations of resources before it affects the client’s experience.

The ideal candidate will possess effective customer service, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills; the ability to win the confidence of new clients when they call for service or repairs; and the ability to understand client needs and favorably influence their decisions.

This position develops profitable sales and acquires customers through the established sales and marketing program; makes recommendations to customers regarding their options to resolve their wants and needs; and identifies new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills; computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word; knowledge of various municipalities’ plan and permit requirements; and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
