Business/Technical Analyst

Citadel Federal Credit Union is looking for a full time Business/Technical Analyst in its Information Technology department to work at the company’s Exton headquarters. The analyst will perform functional and/or technical analysis of business requirements while documenting the results using case methodology, process mapping, and flowcharts. The applicant will aid in managing key project stakeholders and will be in communication with the Development/Programming teams as well as business owners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree that is related to business, or 5 years work-related experience, have excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills and be proficient in Windows, MS Office Suite, and SQL.

Financial Service Representative

Citadel Federal Credit Union’s Chester Springs branch, is looking for a Financial Service Representative to inform Citadel’s customers of the different products and services offered by Citadel. Other responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, meeting annual performance goals, and performing customers’ financial transactions.

The person applying for this position should be able to communicate (verbal/written) clearly as they will be interacting with numerous customers on a daily basis, have a high school diploma and a minimum of six months of retail and/or customer service experience. Experience handling cash and PC literacy is a must.

Director of Consumer Lending

Citadel Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of Consumer Lender. The position, based in the company’s Eagleview headquarters, oversee daily workflows of all credit applications, maintaining processing roles/ job flows and monitoring complete underwriting standards set up within the department.

The person applying for this position should be flexible to work various hours and have good discernment and judgment as they will be responsible for underwriting and approving loans based on client’s eligibility.

The position requires at least a Bachelor Degree and significant knowledge of consumer loan related products. The qualified applicant must have at least 5 years of management experience and a minimum of 10 years of underwriting experience as well as excellent communication skills as he/she will be interacting with management both internally and externally on a regular basis.
