Senior Operations Analyst

This position performs a wide range of tasks, including NAV calculations, trade settlement, valuation and processing of corporate actions, and more. He/she manages client-driven projects and resolves issues with clients and service providers. The person performs virtually all aspects of an investment operations back office. He/she works to improve operational processes via automation and workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 in finance, accounting, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically middle or back office investment operations. The person will preferably have international portfolio accounting and hedge fund experience.

Senior Systems Developer

This position manages enterprise data management projects, develops new applications and reports, and configures and interfaces with various financial systems. He/she tests, troubleshoots, and improves current operational systems at STP and client sites. The person queries and configures STP’s leading state-of-the-art systems platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in systems development and data management. The person will have a minimum of three years of relevant financial industry experience.

Global Operations Analyst

This position performs trade capture, daily cash and position reconciliations of account portfolios’ local and base currencies, and valuation of corporate actions. He/she manages client-driven projects and resolves issues with clients and service providers. He/she performs support and settlement through accounting, valuation, reconciliation, data management, performance measurement, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 in finance, accounting, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically middle or back office investment operations. Understanding of global trade settlements in established and emerging markets is a plus.
