Program Supervisor

This position supervises direct support professionals and directs the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to assure the delivery of quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an area of human services; a minimum of three years of human service experience; an understanding of the theories of behavior management; and a valid driver’s license.

Quality Management Specialist

This position coordinates company and center procedures and best practices; conducts and tracks internal investigations; monitors compliance with regulatory and funding agencies; and assists with coordinating quality management activities for center and corporate events.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of experience in human services, healthcare, social services, or a related discipline; and previous experience in quality management and investigations.

Clinical Director – Residential Behavioral Health

This position provides and directs the delivery of clinical services in concert with evidence-based standards and practice guidelines; serves as consultant to center leadership and staff on behavioral care; and supervises and fosters the development of clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in psychology or a related discipline; training in behavioral/cognitive-behavioral clinical formulation and practice orientation; licensure as a psychologist in Pennsylvania; and five years of hospital, RTF, clinical, community-based, and/or private practice clinical experience.
