This position creates new commercial loan documentation packages and change-in-term documents, perfects the bank’s security interests in all loan collateral, and provides guidance and advice to assist lending staff in the preparation of loan documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess five or more years of direct experience working in a documentation preparation environment, previous exposure in a loan operations area dealing with various loan accounting transactions, and strong understanding of commercial law and documentation theory.

Senior Loan Officer (West Chester)
