Defined Benefits Analyst

This position manages and improves the process for transmitting weekly census data and monthly financial files from the PeopleSoft payroll system to the pension plan database. He/she audits payroll and demographic data between the PeopleSoft system and the pension plan database. The person manages internal controls, including reconciliations and reverse audits, to ensure the integrity of the pension plan database.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and preferably five years of experience in accounting, systems, and benefits. He/she will preferably have extensive knowledge of ERISA and pension benefits regulations in the U.S. and Canada. The person will have extensive skills with Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft payroll systems.

Production Planner

This position develops production plans and inventory targets to meet customer demand and working capital targets. He/she works with the purchasing and manufacturing departments, monitors the usage of key raw materials and sourced products, and helps plan their usage. The person manages the plants’ on-time shipping performance to ensure it meets the group’s commitment to superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, or equivalent work experience in the production/sourced products planning areas. He/she must have good working knowledge of warehouse/shipping and production department policies, procedures, and operations. The person must have APICS certification or the ability and willingness to become certified.

Payroll Specialist

This position performs check production and distribution processes for on-cycle payrolls. He/she ensures that the preparation and distribution of payrolls meet established schedules, company policies, and government regulations. The person provides support to plant HR personnel in the resolution of employee issues.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in payroll. Multi-state payroll reporting and additional accounting experience is a plus. The person will have working knowledge of automated payroll systems and applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
