Program Supervisor – Berwyn

This position supervises two community homes by providing quality care and motivation to clients, supervising direct support professionals, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. He/she implements programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of clients. The person assists, supports, and instructs individuals in self-help skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses with at least one year as a supervisor.

Recruitment Coordinator – Behavioral Health – Downingtown

This position provides guidance and supervision to center recruiters and supports recruitment efforts to ensure that current and anticipated staffing needs are met. He/she continuously evaluates the recruitment process and works with operations staff to increase its effectiveness and efficiency. The person conducts specialty recruitment by assisting with sourcing, screening, and recruiting high quality candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and relevant work experience. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, and a minimum of three years of experience managing a recruiting or sourcing function. Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Quality Improvement Coordinator – Glenmoore

This position participates in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure the quality and appropriateness of programs and services. He/she actively participates in the coordination and implementation of quality improvement and risk management programs. The person collects, enters, and analyzes data across a number of functional areas and reports results to management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral healthcare field. Previous experience in children’s behavioral health programs and familiarity with PA 3800 regulations are strongly preferred. Joint Commission familiarity is a plus.
