This position creates, edits, and maintains electronic content designed to educate and inform clients and associates and enhance their experience with company product; authors and edits various forms of technical documentation; and translates customer information into user-friendly documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in technical communication, English, or a related discipline; knowledge of documentation control procedures; and intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office.

Quality Consultant

This position provides oversight of Cerner Quality System components, including continual improvement, complaints, management reviews, and documentation control; and acts as a liaison to the quality assurance and regulatory organization.
