Assistant Hard Services Manager
Synerfac is seeking an Assistant Hard Services Manager responsible for coordinating and directing the maintenance and repair of all company and client property and equipment. Once hired, the Manager will implement preventative maintenance programs, evaluates potential new equipment for purchase, assist with the monitoring of department budgets, and ensures that all related maintenance records are accurate and current.
The qualified applicant will have experience with start-up and commissioning functions as it relates to new facilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to keep records of activities performed and complete monthly reporting requirements.

Manager of Technical Accounting
Synerfac is looking for a Manager of Technical Accounting responsible for providing technical accounting guidance for all areas related to our clients accounting and financial reporting functions. The Manager of Technical Accounting will research and analyze accounting matters in accordance U.S. gene rally accepted accounting principles in order to advise management of the most beneficial accounting treatment of such matters, and advise management regarding the handling of non-routine and often complex transactions.
The qualified applicant will have BA/BS in Accounting, at least 7 years of public accounting experience, SEC experience as well as a background in Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Data Center Facility Manager
Synerfac is looking for a Data Center Facility Manager who will play a key member of the data center management team. The Data Center Facility Manager will provide high quality operations and maintenance service to assure proper performance of engineered equipment and building systems, and act as liaison with all customer departments, actively ensuring that service is prompt, responsive, effective and that inter- departmental concerns are addressed and resolved.
The qualified applicant will have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable facilities and/or data center management experience and Facility Management Administrator or Certified Facilities Manager certification.
