Warehouse Auditor/Organizer

This position performs location audits at regular time intervals according to established schedules. He/she resolves location issues presented from the receiving department. The person handles stock allocation issues, including stock positioning according to sales volume and managing seasonal promotional items. He/she identifies count issues and forwards them to inventory specialists for correction and adjustment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. He/she will maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of job functions and effectively interface with all levels of the organization. The person must possess basic mathematical skills.

Accounts Payable Processor

This position enters and processes invoices and manages all contact for assigned vendors. He/she completes all vendor statements, from securing statements through reconciliation and issue resolution. The person maintains an assigned accounting inbox and a personal inbox, reviews invoices on check runs, and assists in filing the check back-up.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and preferably some college courses. He/she will have previous accounting experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. The person will have effective research skills.

Procurement Associate

This position manages vendor relationships for selected vendors and maintains pricing and item details at the vendor and SKU level. He/she manages stock levels at selected warehouses, tracks and forecasts products, and investigates and resolves incorrect invoices and shipments. The person creates new vendor accounts and SKUs, and creates and manages purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or equivalent experience in a business environment in purchasing/inventory. He/she will have excellent computer, phone, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of public safety fields is a plus.
