Fitness buffs in Chester County now have another option with the newly opened REVive Studio that combines indoor cycling and boxing, writes Virginia Lindak for the Daily Local News.

The new fitness center on Lancaster Avenue has classes for both women and men, seven days a week, beginning at 5:45 AM, and also has special lunch slots. They include spinning and boxing, as well as TRX Suspension Training and fusion workouts.

The studio is owned by Lauren Tornetta, Kayla Stauffer, and Jodi Rosenbloom, who met while taking a spinning class together. They quickly became friends, thanks to their shared passion for music and exercise, and decided to incorporate both into their new business.

“Everything we do with the spin is to the beat of the music. We incorporate that into our boxing style as well,” said Tornetta.

For example, the indoor rhythmic spin classes are all done to the beat of high-energy music, which inspires and motivates.

“We have a lot of men who spin too,” said Stauffer. “A lot of times they come in here thinking it will be easy, and they leave very surprised. It keeps them coming back.”
