Financial Aid/Student Services Coordinator

The full-time Financial Aid/ Student Services Coordinator will provide student centered customer service to support students navigating through the College’s enrollment systems including the ability to perform a full range of tasks in the administration of the College’s student financial aid programs.

The ideal Financial Aid/Student Services Coordinator candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ experience in a financial aid office at a post-secondary institution as well as an ability to relate to diverse student populations.

Part-time Greeter

Aside from managing all front desk functions and maintaining resource materials and equipment in the Career Resource Center, the Greeter welcomes all visitors to the PA CareerLink one stop career center at the Workforce Entry Center and is charged with assessing, informing and referring individuals to services provided onsite or in the community.

The ideal Greeter candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; an Associates Degree preferred but not required, three years of experience in a customer service setting, evidence of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Patient Actor

The patient actor is an individual trained to simulate medical, physical and mental conditions accurately and in a standardized way. Patient actors work in conjunction with Emergency Medical Services adjunct faculty and are provided with a “script” to follow during simulation activities.

The patient actor will also be expected to allow the EMT/Paramedic student to perform a head-to-toe hands-on assessment, which would allow the student to discover injuries, etc.

Candidates must be able to read and memorize scripted written material as well as provide clear FBI, PA State Police and Child Abuse clearances.
