Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst

This position will review and determine pricing at the unit type level for stores across the country, as well as interface with the company’s proprietary pricing model to evaluate output and override system recommendations where warranted. He/she will propose and evaluate the efficacy of promotional activity, and perform analyses on drivers of business trends and recommend actions to improve performance.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a similar field. He/she will be proficient with Excel, including the extensive use of advanced formulas, shortcut keys, and formatting/charting features.

Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to manipulate large datasets and to distill them into thoughtful conclusions and actionable recommendations is required.

Systems Support Analyst – Tier 1

This position will provide first-level support by answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voicemail, and email requests from both corporate and field personnel with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related problems. He/she will remotely install new hardware and software upgrades in accordance with established procedures and software licensing agreements.

The candidate must be flexible to work day, evenings, and weekends. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. He/she will have solid computer skills, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software knowledge. Overall, the person must have a strong customer-service mentality.

Sales Center Teammate

This position will communicate with customers, determine location and availability of units, complete rental reservation information, and make appointments. He/she will answer questions and complaints concerning billing or services rendered, and refer complaints to designated departments or stores for investigation. The person will also provide outstanding customer service to internal employees.

The candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, and have two or more years of sales experience. He/she will have a professional demeanor, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. The person must be flexible with his/her schedule and be able to work weekends.
